BIBS School of Management's History

Strong in over 20 years of experience in higher education, BIBS School of Management is the reference business school in sustainable development, social impact, and digital transformation. Our programs merge Business Management and Sustainable Development to train tomorrow’s responsible managers and purposeful leaders. 

BIBS emphasizes the professionalization of its training programs to enable graduates to smoothly enter the job market. Executive programs are designed for working professionals who want to upgrade their competence and skills to drive their organization toward more responsible and ethical practices.

1998: Foundation

Foundation of BIBS School of Management in Czech Republic, by then Brno International Business School.

2008: Developement

Ten years after its foundation, BIBS School of Management is ranked the second-best business school in Czech Republic by Eduniversal in the category “Excellent Business School, nationally strong and with continental links”

2009: Accreditation

BIBS School of Management is recognized by the Chinese Ministry of Education. BIBS MBA is accredited by the Czech institution CAMBA.

2012: Research capacity

Creation and delivery of a research program funded by the European Commission in Strategic Management for SMEs managers/owners

2015: Institutionalisation

BIBS School of Management reaches a total number of 3000 students including 9% of foreign students.

2020: Internationalisation

BIBS School of Management merges with CEIBA Business School, a global institution based in Hong Kong.

2021: international award
