Entry criteria

The applicants into the programme must meet the following entry criteria:

• A) Master’s (MSc) level degree (in any field of science) or a foreign equivalent, recognised in Finland (please contact Mr. Bedřich Snášel at snasel@bibs.cz or +420 775 958 732 for more information on the recognised master level titles).
• B) Prior working or studying experience in English, OR, alternatively IELTS or a TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) test score of 250 (computer-based test) / 600 (paper-based test).
• C) Personal motivation to study the demanding PhD degree. The PhD candidate needs to commit for 3-5 years scientific business school studying. Candidates’ skills to study at the PhD level will be evaluated based on their previous diplomas.
